· 1. Service Delivery Manager - ITG ITS - New York – Permanent
THE FIRM (The Firm) is a global provider of banking, financial, advisory, investment and funds management services.
The Information Technology Group (ITG) is responsible for:
• Managing The Firm’s technology infrastructure
• Supporting, maintaining and enhancing existing business systems
• Delivering and deploying new systems, technologies and services
Technology plays a critical role within The Firm and ITG provides each business unit with a dedicated account team that works closely with that business to understand its particular technology needs.
The Americas Infrastructure Technology Services (ITS) team is responsible for managing the IT infrastructure in North and South America. They work closely with other ITS teams globally.
ITS is looking to expand and strengthen its IT leadership capability. The ITS team is looking to recruit a Service Delivery Manager to assist in managing the end-to-end service delivery for The Firm Corporate Affairs Group (CAG), Corporate Asset Financing (CAF), and the Risk Management Group (RMG). We’re looking for an outstanding IT professional who will provide input into the strategy, delivery and support of infrastructure technology for the aligned Business Delivery Team in the Americas. The role is based in New York City.
· 2. IT Infrastructure Project Manager - ITG ITS - New York – Contract
We’re looking for someone who’s been involved in the whole project lifecycle e.g. project definition, manage project deliverables, business case, business and technical requirements, detailed tasks, project implementation, testing, hand over to production status, post implementation reviews, managing base-lined project plans/schedules etc. The emphasis on this lifecycle will be infrastructure technology delivery - as opposed to business application delivery.
We’re looking for a Project Manager that can lead small project teams (3-10 people), across a variety of disciplines that include; data & voice networking, virtualization, security, Unix & Windows server, Windows desktop, data centre & office fit-out etc.

The team is engaged in developing and maintaining a new front office platform for Proprietary Quantities Trading and integrating with the existing global Post Trade platform.
